1. Personalization & User-Submitted Content

By uploading any design, logo, artwork, or text, you warrant that you own the rights to that content or have explicit permission to use it.
We reserve the right to refuse any customization order that contains offensive, copyrighted, trademarked, or inappropriate content.
We utilize advanced laser marking and sublimation machinery to process orders based exactly on the files you upload. We are not liable for errors resulting from low-resolution images, bad lighting in photos, or spelling mistakes submitted by the customer.

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via secure online gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking).
For customized orders, production will only begin after full payment confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and the time required for customization.
Love India is not responsible for any courier delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

4. Limitation of Liability

Love India and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Our maximum liability to you for any product defect or dispute shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for that specific item.
