Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Love India. Since we deal in personalized and custom-made products, our return policy is different from standard e-commerce stores. Please read the terms below carefully:
1. Custom & Personalized Products (No Returns/Exchanges)
- Products that feature custom engraving, printing, names, or customer-uploaded photographs (such as personalized gifts and apparel) are made exclusively for you.
- We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any customized items once the production process has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if we printed the wrong design/text by mistake, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
- Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Proof Required: To claim a replacement or refund, you must send an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the damage/defect to LoveIndiaGifts@Gmail.com.
3. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
- We utilize advanced machinery to print or engrave exactly what you provide.
- We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if the uploaded image was of low quality, blurry, or if there was a spelling error in the text provided by you. Please double-check your customization details before finalizing your submission.
4. Refund Process (If Approved)
- Once your proof of damage is reviewed and approved by our team, your refund will be processed.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
