Refund & Returns Policy (Customized Goods)

1. Our Commitment We stand by the quality of our personalized gifts. Since every item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind.

2. Grounds for Refund or Replacement A full refund or replacement will be provided ONLY if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing error.
  • The personalization (name, date, photo) does not match the specifications provided in your original order proof.

3. Reporting a Problem If your product qualifies for a refund/replacement (per the grounds above), you must contact us at [loveindiagifts@gmail.com] within [48 hours] of delivery. You must include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or error. (360 degree video of opening the product)

4. Refund Processing Once a replacement or refund is approved, refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days to the original payment method.
