1. Processing Time
- Since all products are custom-made, order processing (design, customization, and packaging) typically takes [3-5] business days after the order is confirmed.
- Processing time may increase during peak holiday seasons.
2. Shipping Time & Costs
- We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat rate of [₹70] applies.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes [4-7] business days across India. We currently ship only within India.
3. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to monitor your shipment’s status.
4. Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a secondary shipping fee will be charged to reship the product.
